Well, I survived another family trip. It was crazy, as always. My siblings were on my nerves. We took some wrong turns a couple of times, and then there was that memorable incident at the restaurant.
I'm fried, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. We have some crazy memories.

My phone is officially silenced/turned off/put away. Emails can chill until I get back. Social media can keep spinning. If you need me, leave a message on my answering machine/in a bottle/with the voicemail fairies. There's No Comfort Like Escaping
Sometimes, the best/ideal/perfect escape isn't a place/location/spot at all. It's a state of mind/feeling/perception.
